PORTUGUESE ESCAPE
Portugal always provides the perfect backdrop for a supercar event, with incredible roads with little traffic, breathtaking scenery, and hotels and hospitality to rival any destination in the world. This year we are starting at the fabulous Six Senses Douro hotel, situated on the banks of the Douro River. We then head to a brand new luxury hotel that has immediately become a member of the Leading Hotels of the World. With a Michelin-starred chef, and a car-centric vibe, this is a stunning location to incorporate into this revised event.
From here we travel south into the Estrella Mountains and two days in a gorgeous mountain retreat which we return to year on year. The driving around here is some of the best in Europe, and we will be criss-crossing over mountains and along dams for two days. We then continue south into the Alentejo region and a truly relaxed oasis that is the Alentejo Marmoris. Our final day of driving sees us wind our way back to the coast and the Ritz-Carlton’s Penha Longa resort in Lisbon, where we will celebrate at the Michelin-starred LAB restaurant. A week of fabulous driving and superb hotels awaits. We look forward to welcoming you onto the 2025 Portuguese Escape.
