On Sunday 13th October we will embark on a short tour to Europe in order to spend a day on the greatest F1 circuit of them all, Spa-Francorchamps. A repeat of the tour we ran in 2009, this promises to be a great 3-day tour.
We will meet at the Eurotunnel on Sunday morning and drive to the town of Spa in Belgium. Our base is the Radisson Blu Palace hotel, which is connected directly to the town’s famous “Thermes du Spa”, which we have access to.
On Monday, we have a full day on the GP circuit with an open pitlane so you can enjoy maximum time on track. Together with our partners, we can organise both instructors and cars to hire on track should you wish. These include Renault Meganes, Lotus Exiges, BMW M3s and Porsche 997 GT3s, all the way to McLarens and Ferrari 458s. At the end of the day we will make our way back to the hotel and the spa before dinner in the centre of town.
On Tuesday we start our drive back through the beautiful Ardennes and it’s forests. Our destination for the evening is a chateau located 1 hour from the Eurotunnel. We will enjoy a cold beer in the hotel grounds before dinner in their gourmet restaurant. For those that wish, we have arranged a tour of their fantastic wine cellar after dinner. Drivers are then free to leave at whatever time they wish on Wednesday to get back to the UK; a 07:00 departure making arrival into London by 09:30 an easy journey.
Places are limited to 15 cars and can only be confirmed once a deposit has been received.
