Having had such a successful tour in 2010, the gauntlet was well and truly laid down for 2011. We yet again managed to surpass ourselves with what was widely agreed by everyone to be the best driving week they had experienced.
We started alongside Lake Garda and spent the next five days driving the best passes over The Dolomites. Over the Stelvio, the Jaufenpass and many more, the cars all behaved immaculately as we made it to our midpoint rest at the yellow castle. We then hit Red Bull’s newly opened “Red Bull Ring” in the heart of Austria. What a day, beautiful sunshine and X-Bows galore, we made the most of our Austrian hosts facilities. A short forest run across Austria saw us arrive into Vienna and plans were hatched immediately for a not too dissimilar 2012 itinerary, which is now ready and available to book…
